Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ebook Lab Tech at https://ebooklabtech.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ebook Lab Tech is an online studio that helps you research ebook niches, generate ideas and chapters with AI, proofread, create covers, and export PDF and EPUB files. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at support@ebooklabtech.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Creating an account is free. Access to the studio requires a paid Pro unlock as described on the site.

3. Lifetime Pro license

Pro is sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access to the Service for your personal or business use, on one account.

• “Lifetime” means for as long as we continue to operate Ebook Lab Tech as a commercial product, not a perpetual guarantee if the business shuts down.
• The license is non-transferable and tied to your account.
• We may add, change, or retire features. Lifetime access does not guarantee that every current feature will exist forever.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You own the ebooks, outlines, covers, and other materials you create with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you.

You are responsible for Your Content and for how you publish or sell it, including copyright, trademarks, platform rules (such as KDP), and any claims made in the ebook.

5. AI-generated output

Parts of the Service use third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) to generate text and images. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other content. You must review, edit, and verify everything before you publish or sell it. We do not guarantee uniqueness, ranking, sales, or legal compliance of generated ebooks.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s intellectual property
• Create child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors
• Produce malware, scams, or phishing content
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload the Service
• Share your account or resell access to the studio itself
• Reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by applicable law

7. Digital delivery

Ebook Lab Tech is a digital product. There is no physical shipping. After a successful payment, Pro access is added to your account. Ebooks you export are downloaded from the studio.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, or events outside our control. We are not liable for temporary downtime.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create legal, security, or abuse risk. Sections that should survive (including ownership of Your Content, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise any specific income from ebooks you create.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ebook Lab Tech and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $39 if you purchased lifetime Pro).

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
