Refund Policy

Ebook Lab Tech Pro is a digital lifetime unlock priced at $39 USD, paid once through Stripe. This policy explains when we refund that payment.

7-day satisfaction window

If you are not satisfied, email support@ebooklabtech.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the $39 Pro payment. Include the email on your account so we can find the Stripe charge.

After 7 days

Because this is a digital product and lifetime license, purchases are not refundable after 7 days, except where a law in your location requires otherwise.

What is not refundable

Requests made more than 7 days after payment
Sharing or reselling your account
Abuse, fraud, chargeback-after-use, or Terms of Service violations

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, usually several business days. When we refund, we remove Pro access from that account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Friendly refunds are faster. If a chargeback is filed, we may pause the account while Stripe investigates.

No physical shipping

Nothing is shipped. Access is delivered by unlocking your Ebook Lab Tech account after payment. Exported PDF and EPUB files are downloaded by you from the studio.
